Parent Governor Vacancies September 2019
We currently have vacancies for two Parent Governors. Being a Governor is an important role in the life of the school as Governors work with the Headteacher in setting the overall direction of travel of the school. They are involved in important decisions about such matters as staff appointments, the budget of the school, and expenditure on the premises of the school. They discuss pupil achievement and support and take an interest in the ways the school is continuing to maintain high standards. They support the Headteacher and School Leadership Team as they lead the school.
We would like the members of the Governing Body to continue to represent the diversity of our intake and want anyone who has time to offer and an interest in our school to feel able to offer their services in this key role. A wide variety of skills are very welcome.
