‘Before and After School Provision’ is for the benefit of pupils attending Shepton Infants’ School ONLY’
TLE Active will be working with Shepton Mallet Infants’ School to provide wrap-around provision

Childcare vouchers are accepted. A list of providers can be found on our website – just add to your booking cart before you checkout. Once payment has been submitted, your child can attend, bookings must be paid for in advance.
Pupils should not be left on site unsupervised before the start time of 7.30 am and should be dropped off at the front of the school for entry via the reception corridor.
Fees include a varied menu, such as: Cereal, Toast/Bagels, Crumpets, fruit, and fresh milk/water. A range of activities will be on offer such as sports activities, outdoor play, drawing/colouring, and tabletop games.
The children will be collected at the end of the day and taken to the hall for registration.
All pupils should be collected by parents/carers via the Reception entrance with a doorbell available to let the staff know
After School 1.25 Hours (ASC1) – Afterschool activity:
TLE will provide daily activities to participate in, ranging from Archery and Football to Arts and Science. Any Shepton pupil can attend these activities.
If you child is participating in a Shepton activity (such as school club) they can stay post this session by booking onto the ASC2. Please remind your child to notify them that they are attending clubs etc to ensure a smooth handover with the PE Department.
ASC 2 and ASC 3– Wrap around care
TLE will provide games, puzzles, and arts and crafts activities to conclude your child/ren’s day. There will also be an option for homework catch-up/completion.
If you are late collecting your child, the following late payment fees will apply and must be settled before wraparound care can be accessed again.
0 – 15 mins: £4.00
More than 15 mins: from £10.00
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice and can be managed in coordinate or by contacting admin@tlesportscoaching.co.uk, following the reverse of the booking process. Failure to do so may result in the sessions still being charged.
